About Lauryn Lucheli:

One of my roles was in the National Council for People with Disabilities. Not only was it a fulfilling role, it also equipped me with the ability to learn, understand and acknowledge the plight of marginalised groups in our country and most especially the differently abled. Also equipped me with the ability to ensure accountability of organisations when it comes to inclusivity of all persons as required by the constitution, and conducting quarterly reports to ensure adherence. This position set foundation for my career in social work and positions revolving around core issues.

Aside from the interactive skills above, I have also garnered a lot of organisational skills. I worked as a Managing Supervisor and also as a Call Centre Representative and my organisational and management skills were greatly enhanced. My client relation skills and scheduling and reporting skills were sharpened and improved while I was at the above positions. I specialise in Development Studies and basically it deals with core issues and that includes population, gender, reproductive health and this is just to mention but a few. I am passionate in matters related to the sustainable development of my community and work towards achievement of a better tomorrow.

I am always looking forward to learning and garnering more skills for the process of learning never ceases.
