I studied a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kenyatta University but have yet to graduate. I am 32 years old and really passionate about customer service. I have been working as a customer service representative for the last 9 months. I am proficient in both call handling as well as chat/email customer techniques.

I am currently working at CCI-Kenya as a customer service representative, previously worked with Horizon Contact Centers in 2018 as a customer service representative as well.
