Key Duties and Responsibilities
♦ The preparation of contract documents, including Bills of Quantities and tender preparation.
♦ Undertaking valuations, measurement, and re-measurements of building projects,
♦ Cost analysis and forecasting for proposed construction projects,
♦ Carrying out variations for ongoing construction and completion works,
♦ Preparation of budget and cost estimates of designated projects and maintenance,
♦ Supervising ongoing construction works for the company, including tracking and reporting back
on the progress,
♦ Establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies,
♦ Supervision of architectural layouts against the client’s scope of works,
♦ Valuation of completed work and arrange for payments after completion,
♦ Responsible for ensuring that payment milestones get adhered to,
♦ Conducting cost analysis of designated projects and report to the head of projects,
♦ Provide advice on contractual claims to the management,
♦ Allocation of work to sub-contractors on site,
♦ Coordinating the implementation of all environmental and social safeguard policies in regards to
the project,
♦ Engaging the local community and other stakeholders as far as the construction of the project is
concerned
