I have worked as a customer support agent/representative for 3 years now.I am still building on my skills to become a virtual assistant, I am always looking for opportunities that nurture me and help to improve  and add to my skills.

I enjoy what I do,being able to sort out clients problems in every way possible and ensuring customers have a pleasant experience, I warms my heart when I'm able to help someone and also hear how clients appreciate you once help them out.
