About Kiptoo Kirui:

A hardworking teacher with over 10 years experience

Experience

I started my teaching profession at Eland Girls' Secondary school from 2008 to 2013. I was able to produce a mean score of 7.36 in physics on the national examinations,something which had never happened before. I was also a deputy head teacher during all this time.

I began teaching History and Kiswahili at Molo 220 secondary school from 2014 up to May 2022. On 2021,all my learners scored a mean grade of C+ and above in the History subject which I was teaching.

I am currently a deputy head teacher at Kagaki school. Since I joined this,I have been able to introduce mixed ability grouping on all streams,something which has greatly improved the academic performance of the learners and their participation on classroom activity's.

(v). Certificate in Leadership and Management-Open university,February 2022

(vi). Certificate in First Aid-Onlineforfree,February 2022

(viii). Diploma in Mechanical Engineering-Eldoret Polytechnic,Kenya,from 2000 to 2002.
