I am a solution oriented individual who is skilled in agribusiness management and trade, a dynamic and ambitious person with effective communication skills and organizational ability, aggressive for results, creative, keen for details, well developed interpersonal skills and embraces teamwork.

My goal is to be one of the best agribusiness managers; a position that will offer me an opportunity to utilize my experience and skills to help the organization in providing efficient services as well as achieving the organization’s overall objective.

SEPTEMBER 2022- MAY 2023: Accounts clerk at Nambale Township Preparatory School.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
• Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
• Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.

JANUARY 2022 to JULY 2022:  Joined Stilton ventures agrovet and consultants as a volunteer so that I may be able to learn more about the basics of agricultural enterprises.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Offering advisory services.
• Organizing farmers into groups and training them on commercialization of small holder farming.
• Advising farmers on quality of farm inputs and encouraging them to buy from us.

Major Accomplishment 

• Small holder farmers especially poultry farmers are gaining a lot from our program.

MAY 2021 to JUNE  2021: Industrial Attachment-Accounting & Finance Department (National Cereals and Produce Board Kilifi depot) 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Audited payment voucher and other documents in the cash office.
• Prepared weekly and monthly financial reports.
• Ensured that the stock and bank reconciliations are up to date.
• Prepared and maintained proper inventories of documents.
• Filed and prepared monthly cash book reports in the cash office.
• Prepared weekly stocks return from the depot.
