KIPNGETICH KEVIN

I have an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Laikipia University Main campus Nyahururu. I am currently an intern at NSSF where I have worked for a period of 9 months. During this period, I have engaged and gain useful experience. I have been tasked with the following work: providing ICT support to staff and solving technical challengers, assist in ICT documentation, Registration of both employers and members, preparing returns, updating registers, receiving claim forms, preparing compliance certificates, helping users and responding to any IT technical problem.

I have also worked as an attaché in Mogogosiek Tea Factory where I have gained valuable hands-on experience in the field of ICT. During my attachment period, I have learnt to set up the network and servers for the company and testing the systems to make sure everything was functioning correctly. It also included conducting test, running diagnostics and troubleshooting problems to find solutions. I also I worked at weigh bridge during my time.

I also have experience reading schematics and blueprints, implementing patches and making repairs when necessary. I am familiar with a variety of operating systems such as Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8 and I am familiar with Microsoft Office along with a variety of other programs.
