Ensure customer satisfaction by making sure all dispatched orders reach the customer OTIF.
Keep an up to date record of vehicle mileage, fueling and service
Ensure efficiency in fueling process
Carry out drivers training on road safety measures
Assign Delivery agents vehicles
Review and optimizing route plans for order delivery.
Ensure 100% cash and product reconciliation.
Dispatching orders to their particular vehicles.
