As a dedicated Firmware Developer, I specialize in designing, developing, and optimizing the crucial low-level software that directly interfaces with hardware in various electronic devices. My expertise lies in bridging the gap between hardware capabilities and software requirements, ensuring seamless functionality and performance. I am adept at writing, debugging, and refining firmware code, primarily focusing on embedded systems across diverse industries.

Over the past four-plus years, I have honed my expertise as a Firmware Developer through roles in diverse sectors: real estate, lift systems, and a specialized firmware company. I kickstarted my career at a firmware company for 2.5 years. Here, I engaged in diverse projects, managing the entire lifecycle of firmware development—from writing and debugging to optimization. This experience enriched my technical expertise, particularly in the latest firmware technologies and methodologies. The next phase of my journey was with real estate company where I developed firmware for building automation systems for 1 year and 2 months and also developed firmware for elevator control systems. This role was crucial in understanding how firmware integrates with real-world applications, enhancing efficiency and user experience in property management. 

I hold a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Dedan Kimathi University of Technology. This program provided a comprehensive blend of mechanical engineering, electronics, computer science, and control engineering. My education here equipped me with a solid foundation in designing and developing complex engineering systems, blending mechanical structures with electronic controls. The curriculum's emphasis on practical, hands-on experience and its integration of modern technological advancements have been particularly relevant to my career as a Firmware Developer, giving me a deep understanding of both hardware and software aspects in system development.
