I enjoy working with people and solving their issues. I am currently working with Ecom services limited as a customer service associate. During my 1 year working with them i have gained experience in profile viewing for customers, Document verification, and using different fraud prevention tools to eliminate scammers from our dating site ‘Cupid media’
Before this position i worked as a call center agent at call center international under D light solar company campaign, where we received calls and answered to customer queries, made outbound calls to follow up on their experience with our products among other roles
I enjoy my position in customer service and would like to try something new in order to develop my communication skill
