I was responsible for leading a team of cooks in the preparation and execution of a range of dishes.

During my time at Casual BiteRestaurant. I contributed to the development of several new menu items that became best-sellers. I also implemented new kitchen procedures that improved efficiency and reduced waste. Additionally, I was responsible for inventory management and cost control, ensuring that the kitchen stayed within budget.
