5. Onboarded drivers with the KOBO SQUAD App, and trained them on how to use the KOBO TRANSPORTER App.

7. Successfully and calmly ensured drivers were compliant with the standard operating procedures.

8. Assisted in carrying out general logistics responsibilities (I allocated trucks to load cargo; wrote petty cash vouchers; filed documents; monitored insurance and inspection stickers, ECTS, TGL, COMESA, Local Letter from KRA, Exemption Permits from KeNHA, and Guarantee Forms expiration dates).

9. Fulfilled all the required documentation (I prepared offloading documents for invoicing, and created Delivery Notes and Sales Orders with Tally-ERP).
