Although I've always liked working in teams, my strength has always been my ability to work independently. I have always been motivated by a desire to learn something new every day. I have always thought of myself as a student as I see every day as a process of learning and am always eager to share what I have learned with others. I've always understood that empathy is free and a path to a good connection.
