I also have over two years of hands-on experience in the field, which I gained during my current role at Cale Infrastructure Construction Company.

Road maintenance and re-carpeting of Mombasa Road from James
   Gichuru to the Southern bypass interchange 
   Conduct comprehensive hazard identification and risk assessments.
   Proficiently write a wide range of reports including incident reports, risk assessment reports, inspection reports, safety observation reports, and emergency response plans.
   Develop and recommend control measures to mitigate identified risks.
   Install road Markings and Signage to guide and inform road users, enhancing safety and efficiency. 
   Conduct thorough inspections and assessments to identify potential hazards present in the workplace. 
   Conduct audits on site to investigate conditions and identify violations.
   Identify the cause of accidents and outline prevention recommendations based on in-depth investigations. 
   Check a wide range of workplace environments to verify employers' policies and workers' compliance with optimal safety standards. 
   Coordinate safety training courses and worker education programs to demonstrate proper safety behaviors and the use of safety equipment, improving  safety awareness by 73%.
   Ensure that road signage aligns with relevant regulations and industry standards to provide clear and accurate guidance to road users.

   Assess the effectiveness of existing road signage systems, identifying any potential hazards, misleading signs, or areas for improvement.
