I am a dedicated mechanical engineer with excellent experience in design development and quality assurance. Expert in CAD operation and skilled producer of documentation and drawings associated with mechanical engineering. I am recognized for a keen ability to improve design components, increase product and manufacturing efficiency and decrease the constant need for re-engineering. I possess creative problem-solving skills and decisiveness to develop effective repair solutions and I am dedicated to high quality of work and customer satisfaction. I am looking to establish a career in a progressive organization which requires engineering expertise. My desire is to practice Mechanical Engineering in order to apply my knowledge and experience to improve the people’s welfare and maintaining a sustainable environment guided by professional ethics and integrity.

October 2020 - date: Mechanical maintenance engineer at Aspendos Dairy Limited.

My roles include: 

• Analyze machine systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation.
• Troubleshooting and replacing worn out machine components such as bearings, gears, seals and mechanical moving parts.
• Performing root cause analysis on machines by defining and understanding the problems encountered and implement solutions to fix said problems in a manner that prevent recurring failure.

July 2019 - September 2019: Mechanical maintenance engineer at Meru Central Dairy Co-op Union Limited.

My roles consisted of:

• Conducting preventive and breakdown maintenance on various machinery and equipment.
• Training new personnel and interns on work procedures and various safety measures.
• Inspecting pumps for leakages and replacing any worn out mechanical seals and faulty components.
• Preparing and scheduling maintenance logs for various machinery and installations within the factory.    

February 2019 - June 2019: Auto mechanic at Kim Japan Garage.

Some of my roles consisted of:

• Conducting scheduled vehicle maintenance as per the manufacturer's specifications.
• Checking and scanning for any error codes in the E.C.U using the OBD2 port.
• Carried out engine overhaul to replace worn out gaskets, oils seals, crankshaft bearings and piston rings.
