7. Review of contractor’s statutory documents and respond as instructed by the resident Engineer.

Assisting in office duties in the Directorate of Urban Roads development (Special Projects)

Duties:

• Checking the Contractor’s Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) for confirmation of the entered and submitted quantities and subsequent certification for submission to the Engineer.
• Checking of adequacy of Insurance cover and Advance payment guarantees for newly awarded contracts.
• Attendance of site meetings and preparing the minutes thereof.
• Evaluation and analysis of the Contractor’s claim reports before submission to the Engineer.
• Assisting in other contract management & supervision duties
