In my previous role as a customer service agent I managed inbound inquiries across multiple channels, including chats, social media, WhatsApp, and phone calls. I provided accurate information about products and services, engaging with customers to understand their needs and build lasting relationships. I have consistently demonstrated my ability to achieve operational excellence by ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations while also driving continuous improvement initiatives. 

 

As a proactive problem solver, I possess the ability to identify and resolve issues independently. I am able to anticipate potential challenges and exercise excellent judgment in determining when to escalate issues to supervisors or other team members.
