  Moreover I'm dedicated to helping clients reach their dreams of traveling the world, coupled with Strong problem-solving skills that allow me to handle even the most stressful of situations, such as stranded clients, canceled flights, overbooked hotels, and other travel emergencies.
I'm fluent in Spanish and rudimental French to easily communicate with contacts in countries where these languages are the primary language. My interpretive skills assist in truly listening to clients and recognizing what they want to create customized travel experiences that meet their expectations.

▪I was assigned to guide clients through numerous attractions; like the historical ruins, the reptile rescue park and the butterfly conservatory and provide educative and engaging information and commentary ▪I performed ticketing duties exceptionally and was conversant with different rates and Kenya national museum charges for both domestic, regional and international clients and groups ▪Gaining customer serbice skills and front desk management were paramount to my work and I'm glad I got excellent ratings from clients I engaged with as I worked hard on my presentation and maintained a professional and pleasant attitude and genuinely enjoyed interactions with groups as well as individuals ▪I also helped facilitate community based projects, through the butterfly conservation program which helped diversify the economic activities of the local community through the introduction of beekeeping, honey harvesting together with butterfly and moth pupa rearing within the Arabuko Sokoke forest, which were mostly imported to Europe ▪Principles of cultural heritage management were also an integral learning curve, for the participation of the Giriama people in tourism activities provided more cultural value and incentivized participation through the selling of souvenirs and performances of the highly energetic Giriama dance ▪In the reptile rescue centre I got to handle different types of: snakes, tortoise,turtles and monitor lizards. As a geographical tourism student I got to apply my theoretical knowledge practically and this helped further develop an even deeper reverence for animal care and the conservation of both wildlife and nature at large. ▪I spent time doing research on local culture and it's conservation as well as the coastal biodiversity found in the marine waters and in the Arabuko sokoke forest. Coupled with learning about the history of the old coastal settlements and the impact of all these factors have had on the current day coastal region of kenya and the consequent role this area has as one of Kenya's biggest tourist destination, I was able to get a bigger sense of our extraordinary coast region.
