As a customer-centric front office operation professional, I excel in managing all front office and handling administrative functions as well as contributing to the smooth running of office operations. Some of the skills I have acquired in the course of my engagement includes; front office management, office administration, guest relations, and customer relations. The key highlights of my experience includes; overseeing sorting and distributing incoming mails, performing an inventory of office supplies and order what is needed, providing information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities, and responding to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner. Aside from this, I possess excellent communication, planning and organization, and problem-solving skills. Moreover, I can in high-pressure environments, under minimum supervision as well as collaboratively in teams. I am now seeking a position where I can utilize my skills and experience in ensuring the smooth running of office operations.
