Joyce Mwangi

I am an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and head of the Corporate and Commercial Department at Mbugwa, Atudo & Macharia Advocates. I am also a Certified Secretary. 

Through the practical aspects of working in a legal and professional environment I am adept in case preparation, Legal research, Dispute Resolution, client consultations, out of court negotiations and settlements, litigation, Employment Law, Family law, Company compliances and regulation matters, preparation of commercial agreements, formation and restructuring of legal entities including but not limited to Companies, Limited Liability Partnerships and Sole Proprietorships.

Moreover, I have experience in matters relating to Real Estate and Conveyancing, and extensive experience in a wide range of transactions including offering advisory and due diligence, real estate projects, and perfection of securities.

Additionally, while my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including interpersonal abilities, I excel at getting results and pride myself in my ability to liaise effectively with clients.
