Before joining House of Knowledge publishers, Joyce had the opportunity to work for Kenya Women Finance Trust bank (KWFTB); a financial institution, to lead and coordinate Six (6) staff in the development and implementation of financial products for small agribusinesses and micro entrepreneurs in different capacities. Joyce has technical expertise in impact investment utilizing Market Making markets work for the poor (M4P) approach, gender equality and social inclusion and partnership development. The experience has advanced Joyce’s skills in thought leadership and strategic management.

 Kenya Women Finance Trust was among the first Micro finance institutions to be transformed to Deposit taking micro finance in 2010. I served K.W.F.T in 3 positions 2012-2014 Customer Service Manager
