About Joy Wangari:
I am thrilled to be applying for the open Front Desk position at your organization. I am a highly motivated worker with a year experience in handling secretarial duties at Meridian Hospital which is located in Kiserian. In addition, I cleared from the Cooperative University Of Kenya where i pursued a diploma in Business Information Technology.I have also worked at the Nairobi women's hospital as an IT intern . My main duties at the hospital were Installing OS, activating office, da entry, crimping of Ethernet cables, installing anti virus softwares, updating drives and handling organization calls.My skills and academic experience make me the perfect fit for the role.During year as a secretary, I developed many skills to assist with the day to day activities of the hospital which included scheduling appointments, handling weekly breakfast orders, restocking office supplies and snacks. I was consistently complemented by my peers and bosses for my competence and positive attitude at work.Having studied your job description, I am aware that your organization is looking for a Front Desk operator that can handle more than the occasional visitor and phone call. Given the wide range of my responsibilities at my previous job, I believe I have the requisite skills and abilities to handle any tasks that you require.
