        Provision of  online education services to customers in the library(OPAC) online public access catalogue.
-       Worked in County government of busia at the registry 
-       Took part in cataloguing of bibliographic materials at technical university of Mombasa library
-       Provision of reference sources and information services to users.
-        Trained users on how to locate online information materials in the registry.
