Use of proper procedures during guest check in and check out to maintain the standards operating procedures of a manual hotel.
Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns and request using brand or property specific process ( e.g. LEARN, PLEASED, Guest Response, LEAP) to resolve guest complains delight and build trust of the hotel.
Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property service and areas of attractions.
Actively use up selling techniques to exceed guest expectation and increase revenue.
