I am a technology enthusiast with over ten years’ experience in information systems development and administration. 

I have acquired knowledge and skills over the years with proven success in various technology skills that have enabled me to build various server and application systems

Besides these technical skills, I have also earned leadership skills through managing teams and foreseeing project completion from requirements gathering to deployment.

I enjoy challenges and engaging in projects that require me to think/ work outside my comfort zone and knowledge set, allowing me to research and learn new things.

I am head of the technical department responsible for overseeing departmental operations and ensuring they are aligned to KeNIC’s strategic objectives. I work closely with the management team to support KeNIC’s business objectives.

I am responsible for ensuring proper technical systems are in place to support the overall company operations. 


 

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate infrastructure and software systems in place to support the organizational needs internally and externally
• Manage and oversee departmental operations ensuring efficiency.
• Supervise and manage the technical team and ensure high level of expected performance.
• Ensure KeNIC's strategic plan departmental initiatives are aligned and prepare action plan for the same
• Prepare and submit board papers and other management reports as may be required.
