- Led in the establishment and structuring of a reporting function for a joint project team for a major EPC project. Developed and established systems to track project-level finances at site, building clear interfaces between our internal financial tracking and those of the client, tracking, organizing, and filing critical financial documents, ensuring full legal and accounting compliance of accounting activities, ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate, production of project financial reports on a periodic basis to help in guiding critical decisions that needed to be made in the course of the project.
- Led in development and structuring of the operational mechanisms around a CAM contract that was subsequently agreed upon between our EPC client and ourselves for maintenance and management of the constructed assets on the client’s behalf.
