My name is Johnmark Ekesa. I have more than 9 years of interacting with customers, having worked with Safaricom PLC as a Fixed Central Dispatch Engineer for 3 years, Team leader at SPTL Kenya for 2 years, Field Supervisor at Masaba Services for 2 years, and Assistant Team leader at Voacom networks Ltd for 2 years. I have knowledge of various Customer management tools including CRM, BMC, Zendesk, Synchro team and NMS, and I am confident that my expertise qualifications and experience would be a valuable asset to any company.
I have patience and a "people-first" attitude, positive, able to listen to customer complaints and queries and reason with them from a professional point of view to give solutions. I am also adaptable, calm and empathetic, whereby am able to give attention to people and make them feel listened to, through good listening and communication skills. I am a multitasker, prioritizer, and time manager.
