John Mwangi

I'm a detailed perfectionist in nature. I managed to work within the construction industry since 2016 and I have gained extensive knowledge. I am equally capable of handling any tasks required of me to the highest expectations. Working within this industry has enabled me to build a worthy network of individuals and building my interpersonal relation skills. I have also gained excellent communication skills and leadership abilities by managing different projects that I have been assigned with. Creative thinking is also my one of my strength combined with obedience of authority within the workplace. I have managed to meet deadlines within projects and to mostly work under minimum supervision. My skills in architecture and the building industry in general will come in handy within the workplace. I am computer literate and even have extura knowledge in computer aided designing. 

I joined Kabete National Polytechnic to pursue a diploma in architecture and finished my studies on july 2021 successfully. I gained various market related skills within the construction industry. Such skills are: Computer Aided Designs( CAD), Survey works and implementation, Measurements of building works, Structural Designs,Geotechnology and Conrete technology among many others
