I am passionate about meeting my goals and that of the company as efficiently as possible. I do this by ensuring that the environment is conducive for the team to achieve the companies goals while at the same time enable growth and harmony with my teammates and colleagues, so that they can be more effective and be innovative to drive performance to new standards no matter the challenges.

I have over 10 years in the warehouse field where i have overseen the following:

• managing inventory through daily cycle counts and report and investigation on variances in stock.
• overseeing warehouse operations relating to receipt and dispatch of goods from our stakeholders to our clients.
• Manage operational costs in the warehouse and reporting on them
• Overseeing health and safety standards in the environment - SHEQ
• People management in terms of resolving conflict issues, appraising their performance and dealing with issues relating to morale and motivation within the workplace.
• Management of warehouse operational space in accordance to safety and world class operational standards
• Management of model stock adherence in relation to stock categorization, out of stock and product rotation.

University education: Daystar University 2000-2005 Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration and Management.
