JOHN MUHINDI

Graduate of Moi university and Associate of Insurance Institute of Kenya, AIIK with over 20 years insurance experience including 8 years in senior management. 

Passionate about business development and offering solutions to customers for the benefit of all stakeholders.

An honest team player with excellent interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills.   

My insurance career started at Madison Insurance in the year 2000 and rose through the ranks before leaving for Pacific Insurance Brokers – Broking Manager, REAL Insurance – Branch Manager, Jubilee – Business Development Manager and finally back to Madison in year 2016 where I am currently working as the Assistant General Manager – Business Development & Marketing. This has enable me gain a wealth of experience for the over twenty years’ work experience in this rapidly changing industry particularly in areas of Underwriting, Marketing, Operations and Business Development. 

I am very hard working, honest, dynamic, team player with excellent interpersonal, analytical skills, coupled with good leadership and strategic skills and have a passion for customer experience. 

I am a graduate of Moi University with a Bachelors degree in Education, second class honors, upper division and an Associate of the Insurance Institute of Kenya (AIIK). I am also pursuing an MBA at Kenyatta University majoring in Strategic Management.
