Duties at NHIF:

• Recording and receiving claims
• Receiving and auditing claims
• Attending to customers in the claims department
• Sorting rejected claims according to their hospitals
• Arranging claims as they appear in the system
• Recording claims in the outpatient register
• Receiving and verification of claims
• Recording rejected claims and presenting to representatives of respective hospitals
• Taking clients’ fingerprints (biometrics)
