I am a journalist who generates stories through documenting/feature writing. I love taking photos because I believe every photo has a successful story . I have worked at Kwale eye center as a PR and Marketing Admin and through that I have acquired alot of skills for example research, communication, designing, content creation, idea generation etc . I can design for marketing purposes using softwares such as Canva etc. I am a writer . Wrote a book called Ravens Hood available at watt pad. My goal is to one day work with BBC in creating stories from my continent Africa. Outside my profession, I tutor private students in math, English and Swahili.

Experience

I worked  as at Kwale Eye Center in Kwale County magandia as a PR and marketing communication admin. The experience was invaluable , I was able to improve my communication skills . I gained interest in community work where I visited vulnerable communities for story ideas and interviews. Created awareness on eye diseases through social media and through this I was able to improve my content creation. Taking photos has been my norm and taking patient photos is one thing I enjoyed . 

Education

I am a finalized communication/journalist student who did an icm examination at East Africa Institute Of Certified Studies Eldoret and managed to win a certification of idea generation courtesy of Nation media.
