About Joesh Otieno:

Mr. Aongo has 20+ years of experience in the driving profession and logistical support field of operations. He currently serves as the Senior Driver and Logistics Specialist at Management Systems International (MSI) where he contributes to the overall supervision of junior drivers, transport logistics and ferrying project staff and consultants to the field for data collection during research surveys and evaluations in the USAID Kenya and East Africa Support Project (KSP). Aongo has also served as a Senior Driver with Development & Training Services Incorporated (DTS), USAID-AphiaPlus Project, SOCHA LLC-USAID, RTI-KENYA CROPS AND DAIRY MARKET SYSTEMS ACTIVITY USAID

With 20+ years of experience in the driving profession, logistical and administrative support for Local and international development organizations, I am adept at ferrying personnel, vehicle maintenance and ensuring compliance with relevant statutory body requirements like NHIF, NSSF, KRA and NTSA. More over my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set in personnel management in multi-cultural and complex security environments including first rate leadership, organizational abilities and excellent communication skills which I will be leveraging in the position.

In addition to my experience working with major international donors USAID and DFID, I have a sufficient educational foundation and a passion for transportation and logistical planning. I am extremely enthusiastic about TDB’s focus which is to provide short and long-term financial solutions in numerous sectors to sovereign, financial institution, and corporate clients, including SMEs, I welcome the opportunity to be part of the successful planning, coordination and ferrying of personnel and goods in implementation of your activities.
