Experience

I have  worked with Master link  Commercial Agencies where was in charge of proper Bookkeeping. Some of the duties and responsibilities that i was tasked to do includes:

  • Research and answer property manager’s questions regarding tenants’ statements.
  • Updating tenants Records accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicating to tenants on the status of their Accounts.
  • Review and approve work such as tenant credit memos’, non-recurring tenants billing and questionable cash receipts for entry by accounting Clerks.
  • Preparation of security deposits refunds invoice and delivers to Accounts payable department.
  • Preparation of tenants accounts analysis and reconciliations when tenants dispute charges to their accounts.
  • Preparation of financial records and reports for a variety of real estate transactions
  • Reconciled balance sheet and identified any discrepancies
  • Maintained daily journal entries.
  • Provides investments analysis and planning for organizations seeking to acquire and develop a property.

I also assisted in preparation of tax audit by external auditors.

Education

I have completed my Bachelors Degree in Commerce specializing in Finance from Kenyatta university and gain some experience in the industry.  Currently am doing an online course in Data analytics which has helped me greatly in providing me with the knowledge and skill in data management also detailed oriented program mes
