• Ensuring proof of deliveries of goods by implementing partners and completion of transaction of handover in UNICEF  by following up with Implementing partners for pending signed acknowledgement 
• Maintaining a report on all technical issues raised with UNICEF  and following up to ensure timely closure.
• Ensuring UNICEF  processes in warehousing and inventory management are followed and system is used to optimum. 
• Assessing warehousing and inventory management capacity for warehouse and provide training on management of UNICEF stocks i.e. WFP staff.in Berbera warehouses 
• Plan and coordinate the mandatory physical count exercise in all Unicef Somalia office and Kenya office  warehouses, guide on processes and reconciliation to ensure accurate records. Share consolidated count results with program and management.

I possess mobile inventory for UNICEF as third part. In addition am currently in my first year of cold chain management specializing in cold chain  management.
