I have vast experience of seven years in preparing report for MOH and data entry to KHIS and DATIM and uploading the same reports to the national data warehouse monthly, tracking and interpretation of key Health indicators, coding and indexing of diseases and procedures, data entry, cleaning, verification, analysis and presentation, timely and accurate updating of registers, availability of reporting tools, inpatient statistics, digitization of patient records(EMR) and other available systems, filing, registry to case databases e.g. cancer, Hiv/Aids, Tb etc, conducting data review and quality assessments and supervisions, integrated records management of patient information and analysis and implementation of case based surveillance with high information confidentiality among others. 
I can also work under minimum or no supervision in dynamic working environments and highly flexible including working extra hours to improve service delivery to patients and to meet project targets.
