I am writing to express my interest in the Recoveries Officer position as advertised on social media with my extensive experience in loan recoveries management and strong leadership skills, I am confident in my ability to effectively lead and drive success within your team.

Over the past 8 years, I have successfully managed loan recoveries operations for reputable financial institutions. In my current role as a Team Leader Collections at Housing Finance Group, I have consistently achieved outstanding results by implementing efficient processes, providing strategic guidance to my team, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

I oversee 10 collection agents and 11 External Debt collectors doing debt recovery for our write off book. 

In the year 2022 we managed to maintain NPL at 3.4% against a target of 15% by collecting.

Am experienced in preparing performance dashboards, reviews and appraisals staffs under my Supervision through performance appraisal system where we set the Key performance indicators(KPIs) and targets for the year.

Utilizing my proficiency knowledge in data analytics to do credit appraisals, data collections, sorting and analysis using, V-look up, PMT, Pivot tables, advanced excel spreadsheets. and presentation to management using PowerPoint for interpretation and decision making.

I am an optimistic, passionate, self-driven, go getter leader who can work under minimum supervision or no supervision with great analytical and problem solving skills.
