Experience
- Manage and maintain all company-owned publications through the management of the library. This includes the acquiring, storing, digital archiving and taxonomical layout of information resources.
- Be responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of a well-organized and user-friendly Library. Redesign the library processes if required and ensure that departmental policies and procedures are available to all staff as required.
- Propose and implement document control policies and best practices in the company aligning with the regulatory requirements.
- Ensure initial and recurrent staff training on use of Library resources in relation to their scope of work. Conduct training as requested and as scheduled to enhance interdepartmental communication and effectiveness.
- Periodically monitor manual revision status from the various website and update the libraries as outlined in the Library Procedures

- Successfully run a system via which the Company’s Subscriptions are monitored and controlled.
- Successfully re-did a system that captures all the company’s literature resources and their revision status: - master inventory.
- Successfully reviewed and revised all the company manuals
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Education majoring in English/Literature from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa (Kenya), and a diploma in Education from the said institution, a Licence in Flight Operations and Dispatch as well a certificate in computer packages
