1. Financial: Ensures timely collection of rents and service charges, Invoices all tenants in regard to their rents and utilities bills and follow up on their payments. Prepares monthly landlord accounts statements and ensures they receive them on time. Issues distress notice to the tenants with rent arrears and make a follow-up on payments.

2.  Marketing: Marketing of the vacant unit to ensure that all spaces are occupied.

3. Tenancy and occupation: Ensures tenancy agreements, leases and rules of occupancy is followed to the letter.

4. Facility Administration: Supervises outsourced services that include cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security. Ensures properties are well maintained, Ensures timely payments for all suppliers, landlords and service providers.

5. Have good experience with google workspace, Microsoft word, excel, outlook 

 6. Do research and collect leads and their contact information & more.
