A strategic supply chain professional, with over 10 years of significant experience managing and overseeing logistics, procurement, and operations management in production plants and warehouses in Sub-Sahara Africa. My refined leadership skills have seen me grow in my career and I bring on board the following expertise; operations management, logistics management, fleet management, supply chain management, procurement, stock management, Manufacturing, leadership, and supervision. I have successfully handled the following roles; implementing and executing logistics and Procurement, customer services processes and programs, developing KPIs for warehouse and logistics, customer services and Sourcing, trade and compliance functions, and oversaw management of Production Toller’s (3rd Party) and in-house vegetable production site and corn Toller sites. Providing high-level fleet management and management of stock control and reconciling with the SAP, Procurement of inputs to manufacturing sites, and accounting for the final product to Market and warehouses. My ability to work well under pressure and excellent leadership skills present me as a determined and proactive worker. Given my vast experience in managing operations and logistics, I am seeking a position where I lead staff and improve efficiency and effectiveness in organizations.

I have over 10 years of professional experience managing Supply Chain activities in both public and private sectors. Previously, I worked for Monsanto Kenya Limited as a Warehouse & Logistics Lead for Sub Sahara countries. I provide leadership and oversee supply Chain activities including Logistics, Procurement, Customer Services, and warehousing activities. 

Over the years I have built a solid career in Warehousing, Customer Services, Procurement, ESH, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Contract Management. through the development of prudent Supply chain strategies that include but are not limited to outsourcing, consolidations, framework contracting, and lean Supply chain practices.

I consider myself an accomplished Professional with an excellent record of serving clients, improving organizational efficiencies through constant review of business processes, and mentoring staff to enhance productivity. I have an in-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Operations Procedures and regulations. Having managed Supply chain activities, I will be at ease in interpreting any related rules and regulations.
