About Janeth Jerotich:

Am ambitious and result oriented. I believe in a theory of Kaizen, where I set my own goals   thriving on challenges. I am always passionate about my work because I  love what I  do most with a steady  source of motivation  that drives me to do my best. In my last employment, the passion led me to  challenged myself daily and and applied my skills and management attributes to starting and running my small scale business.  I am always organized and good in taking notes and keeping records, and maintaining a clean workspace and a logical filing system for efficiency. I am always outgoing and social being and this helps me fit into any social grouping  which is good in customer service professionality. My leadership track in most groups proves that am a natural leader and being a result oriented person helps me on check when it comes to goal accomplishment. Experience

School administrator, Kapu Chapel Children Center : July 2020 to June 2022-Ensuring curriculum standards are met and to oversee general school operations, handling school budget and finances, manage and operate school computers.

Part time lecturer,, Moi university Nairobi campus: January 2021-April 2022- lesson planning and execution, preparation and administration of assessment test, providing counselling services to the students.
