A skilled Food Scientist with a background in Food Science and Technology. My professional experience includes working as a New Product Development Assistant at Melvin Marsh International Limited (Melvins Teas). 

In this role, i successfully collaborated on cost-effective formulations, launched 12 new products with high market shares, and received recognition for exceptional product development skills. I am proficient in laboratory activities, always adheres to safety protocols, and maintains good housekeeping practices. I possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills, ensuring smooth information flow among departments. My passion for the food industry and commitment to quality and safety make me a valuable asset to any food laboratory team.

Holding  a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from the Technical University of Kenya having graduated with second-class honors upper division in 2022. This educational background is highly relevant to my preferrred role as a Food Laboratory Assistant, as it has equipped me with the knowledge and expertise necessary to conduct accurate sample preparation, analysis, and testing in the food and beverage industry.
