I am a passionate Healthcare Assistant with over 3 years experience in providing care for people with mental problems, addiction problems, disabilities, recovering patients and people with special needs. I am well trained and always calm and strategic in my work. I am a great team player with excellent observation,recording and reporting skills. My experience has taught me to be patient and deliver care in a person centered way.

As my experience has grown, I have come to understand the signs that someone requires a further medical intervention, mental health support or simply someone to talk to as they are a little lonely. I am passionate about giving back to the older generations and I feel that every visit offers me a little more wisdom or food for thought in return.

A significant proportion of my previous clients were not ambulatory, and I therefore developed the skills (and strength) required when dealing with clients for whom moving about was a challenge. I know that many of your patients fall into this category.
