I have been in the medical field for the past 11 years. It has helped me horn in on my skills of empathy, ensuring right diagnosis at the right time and also ensuring that patients get to know what they are being treated, why and when. i ensure that patients are healthy by informing them of the wellness tests and examinations that need to be done on a monthly or yearly basis depending on their age and gender. I have also been able to lead a team of 15 staff to great heights ensuring that targets are met and bonuses received.
Experience
I am currently the Medical Director at Amber Medical Clinic since April of this year. Prior to that I was the Branch Manager at Avenue Embakasi clinic for 7 years. During that time and inclluding this I was able to organise a team of 15 staff and also ensure increase in revenue at the Embakasi branch.
