I am an Economics graduate with possession of in-depth knowledge of economics concepts in planning, research techniques, data analysis, mathematics and application of theories and ideas in real world phenomena to help predict market and consumer behavior on both short and long term basis. I am talented person who is also a team player seeking to join an institution that offers me an atmosphere to learn new skills and implement them for betterment of all parties concerned while giving back to this organization in the form of loyalty and hard work.

I also hold a professional certificate of Certified Investment and Financial Analysis, CIFA levels 1 and 2.

I currently work as Executive banker in supreme banking aiding providing world class customer experience, payment services, operations assistance, money transfers, credit enquiries among others.

My hands on work and volunteer experience like in child protection social unit has hone the development of management, leadership, communication and reporting skills. I enjoy learning new technologies, working in groups and contributing to timely delivery of results and excellent client satisfaction. I am highly organized and proficient in Microsoft excel and other computer literacy skills. I believe that these skills and eagerness to learn more have sparked my desire to work in your organization.

-I currently perform such functions in operations as cash, Banking and Payment Services, International money transfer services, customer inquiries, cross selling, marketing being able to achieve 90% of set daily targets under my Key Performance Indicators, KPIs, having scored 3.1 out of a possible 5 in the last performance appraisal.

-I actively participate in marketing of consumer products in banking involving credit facilities for micro lending, small medium enterprises(SMEs) and consumer loan products. I also marketed financial services such as payment platforms for clients through referrals and cross selling.

-I serve customers by going above and beyond to offer support which were exceptional to all their needs. This helped me to enhance customer satisfaction fast and knowledgeable service. I also trackeddaily activities for consistent reporting and in support of customer services.

-I work effectively with committed and diverse team to help achieve objectives by championing consumer products and brand protection for products such as digital banking suits of products, treasury products, stock market products to help enhance business growth and continuity
