A performance-driven Factory operations and Production manager known for driving effective Production planning, Supply Chain management, Factory / Plant operations, Quality Assurance, R&D functions with vast experience in Management Systems (MS) , Products Development, ISO 9001 and ISO 14000, QMS Lead Auditor; with over 10 years’ experience in the Manufacturing Industry. An analytical chemistry professional with a wide-range of experience in planning and leading operations involving manufacturing. I have excelled in devising, evaluating and implementing continuous process improvements to minimize waste and reduce costs while improving quality and workplace safety.

 Key highlights of my experience include: overall supervision of production, quality and maintenance functions, handling Inbound and outbound Inventory management, managing production budget within target, instrumental in new product development, Material planning, procurement, manufacturing and implementation of operation excellence methodologies. I Possess extensive knowledge in various aspects of Planning, QMS, GMP, TPM, GLP and OSH. Responsible for efficient and effective production processes through value addition planning and implementation with positive results. 

I have worked in 3 different manufacturing companies since 2014. The experiences I have gained from those employers will forever make me competitiveness in the job market. The knowledge I have gained so far is transferable to the teams I seek to lead.

I posses a Bachelor of science degree in analytical chemistry with management.
