• Tour costing and Itinerary Planning local & international packages.
• Computerized    flight    reservations    using Galileo/Amadeus,Sabre systems.
• Making  travel   arrangements as requested:     flight bookings and accommodation.
• Social media Marketing and bargain power to hotels and flight for best quote.
• Arranging for pick up.
• Receive and log incoming mail and correspondence.
• Issuance and re-issuance of Tickets & MPDs’.
• Advising   clients   on   different   fare   options   to   their respective destinations taking visa and health requirements in considerations.

Pass Airline updates to all staff and clients

Handling corporate clients assigned to me e.g. Action Aid International.

Handling Walk in customers

Refunding of wholly and partially unutilised tickets Book tour packages with airlines

Apply for visas on behalf of the client where necessary Selling Travel Insurance

Assigning and Checking queues Invoicing clients/Supervisory roles
