Experience

Position: Snr. Marketing Manager, EMEA – Reporting to Regional Director & President. (Promoted to Head of Marketing & Communications – Public Sector Sept 2022).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive concepts for marketing programs across EMEA and be the point of contact for all portfolio campaigns across the enterprise technology stack. 
  • Develop a regional content marketing strategy to ensure optimal brand visibility in line with the business priorities across the enterprise technology stack. 
  • Work with global and regional business/sales leaders to define business priorities and develop appropriate marketing programs for targeted account based and deal marketing. 
  • Work with the PR director to devise suitable strategies for market exposure and own the rollout across offerings. 
  • Crisis communications across EMEA. 
  • Develop competitor take-out campaigns, focused on Wipro, IBM, Fujitsu, HCL and Cognizant.  
  • Drive programmatic internal communications to maximise the visibility of campaigns and drive engagement internally. 
  • Coordinate internal and external events across EMEA to support business development. 
  • Advance cross-sell and up-sell programs targeted at DXC’s ‘platinum accounts’ with relevant account executives and business unit leaders.
  • Manage regional strategic alliances with Google, Microsoft, AWS, and DELL to ensure joint GTM campaign support EMEA’s cloud practice $2bn annual target. 
  • Contribute and lead on regional town halls and general sales meetings.
  • Manage regional campaign budget consisting of DXC funds and partner-allocated MDF. 
  • Report on campaign performance to leaders and key stakeholders through regular touchpoints.
