Key responsibilities

• Establishing and implementing inventory management policies and procedures and recommending improvements to the top management in line with the ongoing restructuring.
• Ensuring accurate posting of all inventory transactions to the Microsoft Navision system.
• Preparing and distributing daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc inventory levels and consumption reports to all the relevant departments.
• Maintaining acceptable and accurate inventory levels at the various stores based on Re-order levels.
• Coordinating with accounts department and marketing department to ensure that all product costs are properly taken in the cost of sales and inventory costs.
• Coordinating with supply chain team to implement and ensure control system to reduce damage, breakage and inventory obsolescence.
• Ensuring all  the stores are presentable, tidy and well stocked at all times, Ensuring all safety rules and procedures are followed at all time.
• Handling all administrative and analysis tasks related to the stores operations such business permits and all other external Environment requirements are adhered to at all time
• Assisting in preparation and support of external audits engagements.
• Planning and executing to meet month-end close, financial reporting deadlines and other accounting deadlines.
