Service delivery relationship officer (September 2019-Present)
 Responsible for achieving targets set by the service delivery department and introducing all bank products to customers.
 Conducts market research by gathering pertinent financial information from both new and existing SMEs clients to be used to prepare accounts and loans and reviewing the financial history of the client to determine their creditworthiness.
 Manages daily transactions and operations such as assuming the functions of tellers, assisting customers when choosing financial services and bank accounts, clerical duties, counting cash, cross selling bank services or products and opening, maintaining and closing bank accounts.
 Business development and customer relationship roles including, identifying potential needs and recommending appropriate financial products to new and existing clients, sustaining clients through good customer relationships, contributing to planning product packages and new product launches to meet service delivery goals in the department
 Record keeping and reporting of daily financial transactions conducted to the branch management

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
 Lead the Rafiki Microfinance Bank, Moi-avenue branch team in data remediation for the existing clients which led to activation of 70% of the dormant accounts
 Improved client portfolio by 20% generating branch deposit growth through good
customer service and efficient product offers
